The BCSB website has now been closed.

On 1st November responsibility for the regulation of deposit and payment products transfered to the Financial Services Authority. In the light of this change the BCSB has changed its name to the Lending Standards Board (LSB). The LSB will monitor and enforce compliance with a new Lending Code that replaces those elements of the Banking Code and Business Banking Code relating to lending.
